Help! Moms of 2 or more or who are expecting #2
My SIL is having our 2nd nephew in May and some friends of hers are having a shower for her. I want to get her something but I don't know what she'd need. Especially since she's having her second boy so she has most everything she needs (including clothes). What kinds of things would you suggest? Thanks!

We got a friend of ours 12 meals from Supper Solutions (not sure if you have that in NY but I'm sure you have soming similar). It was great for her to have 12 meals that were ready to go.

What about an "I'm the Little Brother" T-Shirt?
If you can chip in with other family members she may need a double stroller (unless the first child is much older.)
Or you can get her a gift certificate for a caterer to cook meals in the first few weeks!

When I had my second, my best friend made a basket for me. It had: diapers, wipes, bottles, pacifiers, burp cloths, baby wash, etc. It was excellent.....and presented in a basket that looked awesome!

Love the meal idea. When I had my second I know I really appreciated the meals for my freezer that some friends and family brought over.

Thanks so much. I'll consider doing that when the baby comes, but I really need something for this shower that's coming up so I wonder if there's something I can do for that?

I really like this idea. I asked my cousin as well as you all and she said any kind of keepsakes b/c everyone buys those for your first baby but no one gets them for the second. You'll still want to remember the first tooth, hair, handprint etc. so I'm going to get these kinds of things. And either a baby book or a photo album. THANKS!
