Help me pick a new cell... Verizon Service
Any recommendations?
I was looking at the Razor, but it seems everyone I know complains about the battery...
I like the Mint Chocolate, but is it clunky??? Looks so big...
Then I said do I REALLY need all these features, give me a camera and I will be happy.
And lastly, when you upgrade, do you get to keep your ringtones?????
I have never downloaded tones before until I got Verizon.

I just switched to verizon and got the razr. I have had it for over a week and only had to charge it once. I don't spend long amounts of time on the phone though, maybe thats the problem people have with the battery. I the chocolate phone was too much money, I didn't want to spent a lot.

I have th KRZR i really like because its small..I use to have the Nextel I got over that so quick ..that 2 way walkie taklie thing go OLD fast

me too - I got it in November and I loooooooove it - I used my $100 credit for it, so it was free. I don't use the MP3 player or the speakerphone, but it does have those features.
I use my bluetooth hands-free all the time and its great.
IMO, that's the most value for your $ at Verizon right now.

Does it use a sim card? DO you know which do? See, We have a family plan and it's under Brian's dad's name bc we get his verizon discount... My D Hworks there too but I wanted it then and there so his dad took me that day....
So i just tried and we only get $100 credit per phone and his is $150 for a contract renewal. So I want to see if I could just get him to get me the chocolate or the flip chocolate and I can get him a generic one bc he doesn't know how to do anything on the phone, even retrieve text messages, lol....

I have the white chocolate and it isn't clunky at all, the buttons are so tiny!
I like it, I had a little problem with the fact that it would just call people randomly, but it seems to have resolved itself....or I figured out how to stop doing it

We have the LG VX8300
and as long as I can dial, talk, put my phone on speaker it's good for me. It has a camera too and the only thing I take pics of is my dog.
I only figured out how to text more then 1 word not too long ago.
It has blue tooth but I have no idea how it works

Me four!!! My DH didn't get it because he said the speakerphone wasn't loud enough, but I never use that.

I got the LG VX8600 - the "new" chocolate. It's a flip phone like the Razr, but with much longer battery life.
The only drawback is that the speakerphone is not very loud, I use the bluetooth so it isn't an issue for me.

Hi! I went with the LG Mint Chocolate...
Love green! Thanks for your help! I would up getting it free bc I gave my FIL the cheaper phone and he said to get what I wanted...

i think verizon phones don't have sim cards - verizon is on the other network - different from singulair that uses sim cards - that is why sigulair has better phones because everyone else in world uses sim card phones
