Help me. Falling asleep at my desk.
I am so overwhelmingly tired today. I tried going out for a walk but 5 minutes later it's back, I can't stop yawning and could fall asleep in seconds. I can't leave early and can't go take a nap (but oh how I want to).
Any tips or tricks? I just had a chocolate milk because I know it has a little caffeine but otherwise I've stopped having coffee and tea. I'm really struggling today.

I'm really struggling today too- Sooo sleepy! A little bit ago, my boss asked me what I was doing- and I completely came to a blank. I was like "uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" lol. Wish I could go out to the car and take a nap, but I know I wont wake up any time soon.

Still here and a little better. Gum really helped and I've been sipping ice water.
I work in NYC so I won't get home until 7. I'll most certainly be sleeping on the train today.
