Healthy recipes to cook chicken...
How do you bake or saute chicken? I am looking for yummy but healthy recipes...thanks!

I bake my chicken in the oven at 400 for about 20 minutes. I use egg-whites to coat them & bread them Italian breadcrumbs. Flip them once (10 minutes) in.
