Healthy recipe for large group of pple?
We are having a pot-luck "healthy meal" day at work. I would have to bring in a dish/appetizer for approx 20 people.
Other than a veggie platter, what could I make that would not cost me an arm and a leg to buy all the ingredients for?

LOL, I was going to say, if you make the chickpea salad and then buy some pitas and cut them in triangles, it's a great app. and cheap.

Make hummus. It's not bad for you and so easy to make.
You could also do a black bean and wild rice salad.

What about a low fat nacho dip
Layer in a baking dish:
fat free refried beans
low fat sour cream
salsa
low fat mexican/taco cheese
cook until the cheese is melted
and use the baked tostitos
