Healthy Meal Ideas for 16 Mo old?
I feel like DS always gets variations of the same thing! I'm looking for ideas... Usually breakfast is fresh fruit with cereal or yogurt. Lunch is fresh cut up fruit then either whole wheat pasta or quinoa mixed with different veggies or eggs or sometimes cheese and bread and then for dinner some form of meat (chicken, meat balls etc) and veggies or pasta. I try to only give him organic so i find that a bit constraining as well but, lately i have been venturing out to non-organic too. So I'm looking for ideas! TIA!

Breakfast: oatmeal, farina, whole wheat pancakes, whole wheat english muffin with apple spread
Lunch: quesadilla with chopped spinach, tofu stir fry, soups
Dinner: Dr. Praegger's Spinach or Broccoli pancakes, sweet potato fries with fish, turkey burger with avocado
