Haven't heard anything from the people I'm interviewing with..(UPDATE)
...since I submitted the final part of my edit test on Friday...and I'm getting nervous. I know there are other candidates but I'm in the finals, I guess.
Should I drop an email if I don't hear by tomorrow? I guess they're meeting about it but I'm getting antsy and falling prey to that f*ck it attitude you get when you think you're almost out the door at your current job!
Crap: I emailed him to follow up and he told me it would be a few more weeks until they decide. How many freakin people are they deciding between?

Awww Lana!  When I interviewed for my current position they said I would hear by the end of the week. A week and a half later, I had heard nothing and was very depressed. I decided to call, and it turned out a committee member had been hospitalized so they weren't able to make a formal offer yet, and I got the offer the following week.
I was glad I called for peace of mind, though some people said I shouldn't.

Hey, at least my wine gig is solid...I just spoke to him today. I'll be going out East to cover some events from time to time.

I would probably call on Monday or even Tuesday. Even if they tell you they haven't made any decisions, I would just do it to re-confirm that you are extremely interested in the position 
Also, a TON of people are on vacation now. 3 key people in the finance department of my current client are on vacation this week.

Have you emailed a thank you note to whoever you interviewed with? I did that after a few days of waiting, and the next day I got the offer.

Nope!!!
I don't think it would hurt to send an e-mail letting them know (once again) how interested you are and asking if they have any updates. As long as you don't sound like a pest, I wouldn't think that's bad. Maybe you should wait until it's been a week or a little more than that.

I would definitely call- it will show them you are interested in the position - but don't call everyday, that will just annoy them.
