i was honest - reported it lost and paid the $20. too bad i didn't see your post first 
good thing is if i find it within a year, they'll reimburse me.
i am such a schmoe for losing it.

maybe u will find it? check books, mail, INSIDE the DVD player or computer..

The other day I got one side of the netflix envelope. There is the side that has the DVD in it, then the side with the address on it. That side wasnt even complete either, it was half of the side, just enough to see my address.
It was in a plastic bag from the postal service that said "Sorry, but your mail has been damaged.." Ummm, YAH!

I've reported a movie that I returned that they never received. One I left it in my mailbox & they never got it. Another I mailed from work & they never received it.
Both times there was no charge.
