Have been away from the computer for a while. My retrieval is tomorrow. UPDATE w/ fert report
I have 18 eggs and am ready for my retrieval tomorrow.
However, DH and I received very bad news on Saturday. It seems that less than 1% of his frozen sperm are alive/doing well. They are going to do a procedure to wake them up/give them some coffee. If they cannot make that happen, DH is on "standby" tomorrow for another live biopsy to provide a fresh sample.
I cannot believe it has come to this! All of this for just a chance at a possibility of getting pregnant. We have to get ourselves in order tonight since its possible that we are both going to be incapacitated for a while. SIL is going to drive 45 minutes from her house to pick up and drive DH to the hospital if he has to do it but we don't know what we are going to do for the rest of the days after that. The rest of his family is OOS and mine is rather unreceptive.
I know this sounds like a horribly negative post but before Saturday I had a really positive outlook on the whole thing. It's just crazy how life works sometimes. If I ever needed hugs and prayers in my life, its now!

By the grace of God, DH did not have to have the surgery!!!! The doctor came to tell me this right before I went under. Apparently they found some good moving spermies. I cannot tell you how happy I was, that was making me more upset and nervous than anything. Your prayers worked!!!
I have been home since 12 and just lying around watching TV and napping. I am in pain but most of it seems to be in the butt area? Its like shooting pains in the butt. TMI I know but is this normal? It feels like I have to pass gas or something and I can't. It's hard to explain! I do have light cramps as well and its hard to get up and down. I have been taking tylenol every 4 hours.
Thank you for all of your well wishes ladies. I really appreciate it!  
eta: They said there were 27 eggs retrieved!

My fertilization report. 27 eggs retrieved, 2 had nothing in them. They were able to fertilize 17!!!!
I am "on call" for Saturday which would be a 3 day transfer. But I think most likely it will be a 5 day transfer/blastocyst, bringing it to Monday. They will not be able to tell me until very early Sat morning.
I asked what the benefit/reason for this is and they said they might be better quality ones on Monday since they were able to fertilize so many?
If I have it Monday, do you think I will be ok to go to work on Thursday because that is when I am scheduled to go back. I will have just a tiny bit over 48 hours of rest.

Don't panic, ok?  . DH and I just went through the SAME thing in July. He had the TESE procedure and they got a ton of sperm from the surgery, as unpleasant as that sounds. And my mom drove him while I was having my retrieval! Did they say that he has sperm inside and it's just not coming out? Does it have motility? what about the morphology? Are you guys planning on doing ICSI? If the urologist finds some viable sperm and you do ICSI of course there is chance for fertilization!

I can't believe you had the same thing!!! It is just so crazy I cannot wrap my head around it. DH already had this procedure in July. He has a blockage and behind that blockage is healthy, motile, sperm. They said that the quality went down due to the freezing process. We are going to do ISCI.
It's not definite that this is going to happen but they don't want to waste my eggs.

Thank you! DH is out getting some stool softeners right now just incase. I am starting the PIO shots tonight and I heard constipation is a side effect from that too. I hope they are safe to take.
Boy am I glad tomorrow is a holiday; I planned on going to work the day after my ER and the way I feel now there is no way I could.

Try to stick to Senna or Colace for the softeners...they are approved if you get PG.
Are they calling you tomorrow with a fert. report?

Thanks so much for the suggestions. I decided not to take them just incase. I am going to wait until tomorrow and ask what is safe. They are calling with the fert report.

I know that was like the biggest gift ever...at that point that is all I wanted; to not have DH go through that!

I had my transfer on Tuesday and I am feeling good today! Even yesterday, I was able to get up and do things!

ahh great news again!! if you have it monday i think you will be fine for thursday i had my ET last monday and went back to work on weds and was fine a little crampy but i took it very easy. i wish you the best of luck!! your in my thoughts and prays!!
