I used to workout regularly but just started back up (it's been a few yrs Chat Icon ). anyway, i now see a trainer twice a week and classes the other two nights a week (it's only been a couple of weeks though). i've been eating healthy and i'm not losing ANYTHING! so frustrating! usually by just eating healthy i can lose a couple of pounds a week but when i add the gym, i dont lose anything. im hoping its muscle but i'm not sure Chat Icon
