Has anyone used Taxact.com for taxes?

A co-worker told me to file online through Taxact. I want to make sure this is safe. She said its 16 dollars. TIA

I didn't, but I used turbotax online and federal was free, then the state was $30 w/efile.

Is it only $16 for both federal and state including e-file fees?

Taxexact may be fine, but I've never heard of it. I've used turbotax the past few years and it's been great and very reliable. got my refund exactly when they said I would, etc.

I have no idea how good this site is but Top Ten Reviews.com rated turbotax as number one and taxexact as #10

Maybe she meant TaxACT? They are #2 on this list
