has anyone ever used.. Tristate Window Factory?
DH saw an ad in the paper about them .. they do doors,windows and siding.. and he said something about being 45% off..
has anyone used them?

I am pretty sure that i did (we interviewed sooo many companies for replacement windows).
Anyway, we got the three paned glass replacements on the upstairs of our home (all the bedrooms) and the basement windows too... I LOVE THEM! i cannot be happier. I do not have drafts anymore. it's warmer and so easy to use.
I highly recommend.
OH! there were two people who showed up... older gents. nice and clean!!

Nope! and i never claimed my energy saving updates in that year and asked them for a receipt the next year, and they had no problem helping us out.
Maybe i shouldn't have posted thaT?

I did De-- we replaced a small window with a bay window in our living room and they did great job!! the window is beautiful and the installation was fast.
