i am not exercising this week because of the heat I tried before and i almost passed out from the heat.

I go to Curves and the one I go to has a rather sh*tty air conditioning system - when it's in the high 80's I feel like I'm melting - so yes, I am skipping until it's cooler!

I went today. I figure the gym has a/c, so I'm trying not to use the heat as an excuse! But leaving the gym, it was brutal!!

So weird that u asked this since I just got the OK from DH not to go today! Just too hot!!
Im also VERY Sore from yesterday;s workout, Im wobbling as I walk. 
A day to recover.
I'll go in my pool too, so that is excercise that I will be doing

I went on Monday, but was supposed to run yesterday on my treadmill. That didn't happen, it was just way to hot.

well I meant that this heat is sucking the life right out of me! I can't imagine leaving the gym all sweaty in this weather

I went to the pool Sat and Sunday and did laps..I think I did 1500 meters each day.
That is the only exersize I'm considering.

I have been skipping my workouts for a month or so.
The heatwave is this week's excuse.
What shall I use as an excuse when the heatwave breaks next week?

Skipped Monday and Tuesday but ran today because I was feeling guilty. I don't have air conditioning so the gym actually felt great!
