Has anyone eaten Activia for the 2-week period?
Daily? Does it um....work? It tastes so good but I have yet to have one every day. What is it supposed to do, really? Make you more regular?

I have been eating it for 6 weeks
I don't eat it on the weekends- so I guess I really didn't give it a chance
I do feel better- and maybe I should eat it on saturday and sunday to really test it

due to my surgery i was on antibiotics for weeks so I have been eating activa becuase my stomach was a mess, seems to be a bit better

I just started eating it, not daily because I do have minor stomach probs.
My MIL used them for awhile when they started with the Activa yogurt drinks, (which taste a lot better) and she felt a lot better.
