Has anyone done Online Weight Watchers...
only, without going to meetings? If so, what are you thoughts?

I am doing it right now, and so is DH. I've never done WW before, and so far we both love it. I don't think I'd ever do the meetings. There are a ton of resources online with recipes, etc. and all the tools you would need to track points (I do the flex plan).

I do it online too and really like it -- I;ve never been to meetings but I know what my issues are -- portion control! And that has beenthe key for me!

I am doing it. I have lost about 47 lbs. I have done WW in the past so I am familiar with the plans. I just don't have time for the meetings.

I just started it online last week. I lost 4 lbs so far. With the baby, I can't make it to meetings.
