Has anyone done Mingling Moms? Any other mommy/baby groups you'd recommend on Long Island?
My baby is due in January & I'd love to meet some new moms since I am new to Long Island.

Someone suggested to me to go on meetup.com
I did and have a playdate scheduled with a group Sept 15th.

I did mingling moms....I enjoyed it and met a lot of girls I am stlll friends with 3 years later!! It can't hurt!!

Great post! I have a 10 month old, but #2 is due the end of Feb and would love to join something like this. I am not from LI and since I work from home, I haven't met many other moms. I really need to widen my group of friends of LI, since most of my gfs are still up in CT.
