Harper's Island **SPOILERS**
Anyone watch the first episode?
I thought it was pretty good.
They've got me hooked for the next 12 episodes.
Anyone else watching?

I watched the first one and I didn't love it.
I have it DVRing so I might watch them... but I wasn't as drawn in by the first episode as I was by the trailers - KWIM?
The end of the first episode was kind of cheesy... but that little girl is CREEPY!

same here. I will be DVRing it but not sure if I'll be watching every episode. I thought it was going to be much better but after seeing the first episode not my kinda show.

I was disappointed as well. Richard Burgi comes off as a real cheeseball and the groom (Henry??) is a doof. I would dump him for Hunter any day.
That being said, I will watch it again. That girl is creepy and I'm interested to see how it ties into the murders from before. Harry Hamlin's murder was sick. I think the dumb-azz friend who knows about the murders will be next.

Oh...the groom is a major dweeb.
That Hunter guy is HOT! She's crazy. LOL!
The young girl is psycho...I love it.
I was glad to see Harry Hamlin go...the typical "crazy uncle" bit was so cheesy. The way he went was gross...so that was cool.
When that other doofas lost that ring in the lake, I was  . But again...I don't get that couple at all.
The acting is horrfiic, but I am such a sucker for Lifetime movies, and this reminds me of one.
I will watch the whole 13 episodes. Hopefully it picks up.
Anyone have any ideas who the killer is yet?
I'm taking a REAL early guess and saying the girl's father (the cop). I have no basis for this...just a guess that will change 100 times I'm sure.

It definately grabbed me! It DOES have a cheesy TV movie feel, but it creeped me out enough to plan to watch it again
DH said the fisherman and that bar all reminded him of the movie I Know What you did Last Summer.
That little girl is SO creepy. How gross was the murder under the boat in the begining?
