Happy for my sister....place sold in 3 days!
She closes on it today and goes to contract on her new place today! I'm proud of her; single young woman with a lot of success going on!

If you recall she was asking $195; she got $190 and now has cash to put down. She had bought it as a foreclosure for like $70 3 years ago.
