Re: Half Bath?

i assume no plumbing is there already?

Re: Half Bath?

i just did all that work in my basement - sheet rock, paint, carpet and adding a FULL bath for $14k (including everything for the bathroom- down to the toiket seat)

so I am sure adding a half bath wont cost nearly as much
