Had my first sono yesterday...
And I just wanted to say thank God for a post a few mths back (I think it was sweetness'_ that said that it might be too early to see anything). I believe Sunny informed us of her experience in that post too about not seeing much. I'm really glad I read that. All we could see was the sac with the sono (he did an internal as well). He said it was right where we want it to be and everything looks ok. Does that sound right for 5.5 weeks? I'm sure it is, but just need some reassurance for the next 3 weeks!!! If something weren't right, would he be able to tell by this time? Sorry girls, but I'm such a nervous nellie! TIA!

I went at 5 weeks 6 days and the heartbeat had just started within a day or 2. It was low around 107. So yes you are right on target. If you go back in another 2 weeks you should be able to see a little flutter......Good Luck!

i've been reading that's for sure!
i know... i'm tying to think how i am going to get thru this first trimester! LOL 6 more weeks to go!
doc also said once you see the heart beat that it's a 95% chance that all will be ok. is that right?
