Had a bad week eating and working out...
I am so stressed with the baby, my benefits being cancelled at work, having no alone time and sleeping like shiit.
I hope I can get myself together, because if my scale is telling the truth, I gained 3 pounds in one week!
Thankfully, this week is still somewhat salvageable. i hope DH gets home early enough for me to go running tomorrow.
Thanks for letting mr vent!

Stress can make it really difficult to stay on track. I am sorry you are having such a tough week
The good news is it's never ever too late to turn things around. I am sure one good day of eating and a sweet run will have you feeling a million times better!

When I have a period like that, I have to tell myself that what's done is done. I can't change how I ate yesterday, but I am in control of the next thing I put in my mouth. Don't even wait till tomorrow - start right now. Have some strawberries for dessert instead of ice cream. And have a healthy breakfast tomorrow. After just a few smart choices in a row, you'll feel proud of yourself for doing the right thing (plus, less bloated so your pants will fit better quickly  ).
Every choice you make is a chance to do the right thing. You can do it!
