Grrrrr - My mind is making me gain weight!
When I stress out I always gain weight!!! And I am constantly in a state of stress bc I have so much going on.... I feel like no matter how much I work out, it almost won't matter... bummer.
Do you gain or lose weight when you are stressed?? How do you deal?

When I am stressed, I eat so that's why I gain. I've been eating chocolate like crazy this week because work has been stressful.
