green tea?
I drank green tea while TTC, druing the 2ww and had 2 cups after I got the BFP.
I'm starting to get nervous because I just read that you should not drink green tea because it blocks the folic acid!
Should I be flipping out?!

I drank it in the beginning but when I found out that I shouldn't be drinking it, I stopped.
Everything is in moderation...

I'm glad to hear that!
I've been flipping out about the green tea blocking the folic acid and then reading how important the first few weeks are in development!
I'm already becoming a nervous wreck!
