Good shampoo / conditioner for colored hair

I use Wella - I don't know the exact name of it, but it's the ones in the red bottles for color-treated hair.
I switched from Paul Mitchell and love this new stuff!

This is what I use and I was also told by my hairdresser to never use hot hot water while washing your hair it also affects the color in the long run.
