Good Sam Hospital ?
In bayshore.
I want to write about care I had gotten in their ER ( bad) to them, but I cant find who to address it to , not even on their website.
anyone know the presidents name or info?

Good Sam is in West Islip and Southside Hospital is in Bay Shore.
