I can't speak from personal experience, but I know several people that went to Cliff's, out by you. They were all happy.

I got mine done in Manhattan, but Tattoo Lou' s in Babylon is very reputable.

I went to Tattoo Frenzy for the um..... above the navel, but below the neck area  . I had Serge do it. No problems. Very sterile environment. My brother also got two tattoos from them.
