Good hip exercises???
I have been working out pretty good lately (4-5x a week), and am pretty happy with my results so far - but I still can not tackle that 3-4 inches between my waist and my thighs. Are there any exercise that target that area??

How about the outer thigh machine? Maybe side leg lifts?
I'm sure that the more cardio you do, the more inches you'll lose.

Thanks Stefanie. I started doing leg lifts while holding a 5 lb weight - I "think" it is making a difference  .
