going to doctor tomorrow - need suggestions on questions to ask

Hi,

I am going to the ob/gyn tomorrow; I was told back in Dec that if I was not pg by March to come back (I'm 35). I just want to make sure I get the most out of the visit, so any suggestions on questions I should ask would be greatly appreciated. I have some already, but don't want to miss anything. So far, I have not been diagnosed as having any issues (knock on wood) and DH has not been tested yet. I just kind of need a feel of what the next steps and/or options are. I am pretty clueless as you will see from my questions.

Here is what I have so far for the dr:

1. My cycles are as long as 45 days; is there anything to resolve that and is that causing me to not ovulate properly?

2. I run and exercise a lot - is that preventing me from conceiving?

3. I was told about Clomid - is this something that should only be taken after DH has been tested?

4. Vitex herb - is taking that to my benefit?

I too am going to the doctor tomorrow. I am also kind of scared, I am not a good doctor person. They are all good questions, I just wanted to wish u good luck. I am going to be asking similiar questions, but also was going to add if DH SA is not good what do we do next, can they do insemination in there office? Should he get his varcicoles fixed wait the 6 months and then start actively trying again? Let me know how it goes....
