Go-to when you don’t feel like cooking?
So what is your go-to when you don’t feel like cooking?
I do whole grain bread with a smear of horseradish or butter topped with South Tyrol ham (like prosciutto) and a side of Parmigiano cheese cubes. It’s like open-faced sandwiches. The salt content worries me, though.

hmm, not sure I have a go to. But I love toast with avocado and an egg, that could be my go to if I had to pick
