Gluten free bread...please suggest your favorite
so these breads are like 5.00 a loaf, I really don't want to make it a taste test situation.
I picked up a loaf yesterday, its not soft at all.
also, any other snack tips would be great.
the poor kid had pizza last night on brown rice crust

My mom doesn't eat the bread, but she likes the corn tortillas. She makes sandwiches on them, wraps stuff in them and makes pizzas out of them.

thanks! I bought cornmeal last night, hoping to learn how to do something with it.
basically looking for something to use for grill cheese, french toast, and almond butter and jelly sandwiches.(which I assume I can use in place of PB)

I *think* Ezekiel Bread makes gluten free...
