Giving myself the month off....

I am giving myself a month off from TTC. I know I ovulated yesterday , but just not in the mood to even try, trying to not make it so scientific and just letting see whatever happens, happens. Does anyone else feel this way lately?

COMPLETLY!

And I havent beeing trying half as long as some others..but its too much for me. I havent gotten AF yet, but I feel it coming and I almost dont care. I spent too much energy last month obsessing/being depressed.

I dont even feel like trying this coming month. I may, but only if when it comes time I feel like it ya know? Tired of the forced "time to do it" and the opk's, and the temps and the Hpt's.

I want it so badly to be easy...and I think I may do eactly what your doing soon.

I feel that way all the time!!

Ultimately I give in each month and still try because I feel like I'm losing ground if we don't try, but I can totally understand if you need a break!!

Hang in there, do what you need to do for yourself and your relationship!!!

If your mind and body need a rest, then take it. Sometimes the stress of trying can delay you becoming PG

I hope you feel better Chat Icon

Re: Giving myself the month off....

Last month I was put on a forced break by my doctor. In the begining of my cycle I was soo ticked off that I had to waste a cycle. However, after a week I thought about how wonderful it was. I was not obsessing, I wasn't POAS every day I wasn't taking my temp ect.
Now this month I have a renewed sense of hope.
If you feel you need a break, take one! It could be the very best thing for you.
