Ginger Candies! Great to help with M/S!
Today I found THE best invention at Trader Joe's. You all know how ginger has a soothing effect on your stomach when you're not feeling well (like ginger ale soda?)? Well, these gummy candies made from ginger are SO good for morning sickness! I just had one a little while ago, and I feel so much better.
It's not something you can just eat in mass quantities (well, maybe some of you can - I sure could!), but it's great to curb that feeling of constant nausea.
Run out and grab a pack today!
PS - It's in the aisle near the dried fruit at Trader Joe's!

Ginger candies were my best friend when I had m/s. I had some in my bag, at home, at work, in the car and basically anywhere I could just grab one when I needed it.
Love Ginger Candies.
And Ginger tea is really good too

I second the ginger candy. You can get a pack for 99 cents at the Chinese grocery stores. They are so tasty too! :D
