gift for doctor
after you deliver, will you give your doctor's office a little something? maybe a fruit basket, cookies, etc.
i was thinking of doing this, but wasn't sure. i would have two offices, the regular ob and madonna, since i'm at both offices every week.

Never thought about doing this. It's a good idea, but I probably won't do anything, since I go to a large practice and don't really have super-personal connections with any particular doctor.
But it's a sweet idea

I am planning to do this for Madonna, because I am there sooo much and the girls there have become like my second family...My Dr's office ...no , wasnt really there all that often.

I am at the Doctor's office every two weeks for sono's, so DH and I plan to send a cookie basket or edible arrangement to the staff and then one to the sono tech, she has been wonderful to us... never makes me wait, takes me late, gives us an abundance of pics........

I definitley am, more so because he is a friend of the familly and never makes me wait when I have an appt (he sneaks me in the back door!). I think I'll get him a gift certificate to a nice restaurant.

My doctor has been so great throughout my pregnancy so I want to do something to say thanks. I was thinking of a basket for her and her staff.

I gave my doctor a bottle of Dom Perignon. He was so great to me for the pregnancy and delivery of both of my sons. Plus, he also just got married right before my 2nd son was born, so it was a combo gift.

Not for the doctor, but I'm totally getting something for the nurses at the hospital.
They were amazing. I'm going to send a cookie basket or something to them and I'm going to get the main nurse that helped me a gift certificate to a local restaurant. She rocked.
The doctor, on the other hand was there for about 3 minutes, delivered my baby, said congrats and left.
(She's one of the doctors in my practice and I only saw her once before.)

My sister gave her a LV bag when she had my niece, my cousin gave her a Gucci bag, I need something comparable b4 my check-up in a few weeks -any suggestions
The nurses will get gift cards..

I sent thank yous to Madonna and brought a huge basket of Harry & David stuff to my regular OB's office. They really appreciated it.
