getting ready to start the pill...
So when i went for my 6 week pp check up the Dr told me to start the BC pill the sunday after my pd...
well the past 2 days ive been spotting ALOT...almost like a real light pd...
Is this my pd?? should i start the pill on sunday?
ETA: I BF for the first month...so I stopped about 2 1/2 weeks ago....and I havent bled in about 2 weeks...??? (maybe more)

I have no idea if this would be your period or not. I am going for my 6 week checkup today and want to go on the pill also and I didn't know you had to wait for your period tocome back. I guess that would make sense. I was all ready to be on the pill and back in the game again -- so to speak, even though you're supposed to wait a month anyway for it to work.
I'll see what my Dr says about it all today.

Are you by chance taking the mini pill? If so, you are having break through bleeding ( a fairly common side effect of it.) I ended up stopping the pill for this reason because I hated it!!!
ETS I didn't read your post well. If you stopped BF, than it quite possibly is your period then. Yes, I would still take the pill on Sunday.

I now have my prescription for the NuvaRing and a sample for the first month and I'm just waiting for mine. I am at 6 weeks adn the doctor said within a week or two it should come.
