i didnt even see that. they may have knocked a wall down to make anotiher room bigger. Def worth a look see

IMO, no it's not. 1 bedroom & 1 bath for $400K? give me a break

For that area, I think it is an alright price. Most houses are going for about $100k more. So if you had to put an addition on atleast your getting it the way you want it. THe lot size is a nice size. JMO

ya your basically paying for the land not the house, IMO, lot sizes that big arent too common in that area, if it was a bigger house on that size lot, it would easily be going for $150k or $200k more.
