G-D damn that Empire BCBS - Child Health plus...
So, I called them today - they told me I filled out the wrong aplpication - which is BS...
Then the supervisor had the gall to tell me that I was being irrational....
I am beyond ******...

Is it the app from online? I sent in the online one without issue. Will they retroactive it back to April 1st if you fill out a new one ?I would be so mad!

Does the supervisor have a supervisor? Corporate offices? Someone else who knows what they're doing?

Where did you get the application from?
You have to be pushy and say ok then , I will FAX you the new completed one, attention you and you can get him covered within 24 hrs b/c he needs to see the dr.

We had the biggest problem with Child Health Plus....we sent in 3 applications since Feb 1st and finally as of April 1st DD has health insurance.
