Futon and kitchen set for sale!
My inlaws are moving and are trying to sell a few things...
The futon is in great condition and very comfy...it has rarely been used...
The kitchen table is also in good condition....
Its just the 2 of them in a smoke/pet free home...

Ugh...!!! Too bad I don't live on LI, I've been looking for a futon for our office. This would have been perfect!
