he is a contractor so everything is all new....kitchen,bathroom,doors,siding floors etc
new stoop,driveway West Islip

I suggest that he put some inside pictures up on MLS. That could also be deterring people from going to look. I know when we didn't see any interior pics at all we were hesitant to go look at the house.
Especially if it's all redone - I would definitely get some photos up there.

Yes inside pics would be so helpful. So many people pass by listings with no inside pics. Being so nice outside, why in the world would the agent NOT put inside pics on the listing!!
Looks really cute from ourside!

they had inside pics up but they took new ones and they came out too blurry
this house is on a court and it has alot of kids on the block which is a big plus
the drawback is that they dont have much yard
