Fresh herbs - how to store?
I am growing fresh lemon thyme, parsley, sweet basil, and rosemary. I won't be able to use it all. Any ideas on how to store/save it?

A tip from Rachel Ray is to clean and trim all your fresh herbs as soon as you get them, let them air dry and wrap them up in paper towels and place them in a zip lock bag and them store them in the fridge in the crisper draw. Just make sure they are air dryed well as to not cause any mold from wetness/dampness!!
