You just have to spend over a $100 in groceries (which i do every time). 
go to Coupons.com
put in the zip code 63090 and scroll through the pages.
There is a printable coupon for 1 gallon of free milk (with $100 purchase) AND 1/2 gallon of chocolate milk for free with a purchase of white milk.

I'm pretty sure they all do. Except i think some of a limit on how many printables you can use. I know King Kullen you can only use 2.
