Are you selecting the location you want? Another screen comes up with the price of $22 which already includes the child's ticket free with the adult ticket. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure. Are you mobile or on a PC?

It wasn't working at first for me either. I would choose the location, and then nothing would happen. My PC was blocking a pop up. Once I allowed the pop up, it went to the ticket screen.
