I know it says priority given to those who have financial problems, but as long as you give a donation(25.00 dollars or more), you should not have a problem. But, get there between 6-6:30 am. this is awesome for those who want to trap and fix strays or feral cats.

Free Spay/Neuter for Dogs/Cats: Arrive 6:15–6:45 a.m.

Dog and cat adoptions, free microchipping clinic, and free spay/neuter clinic. Dog and cat adoptions and a free microchipping clinic will be held 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Free mobile van spay/neuter clinic for dogs and cats (including vaccination) will also be held (spay/neuter is free at this event only; no rain-checks). Arrive with your pet between 6:15 and 6:45 a.m.; no animals will be accepted after 7:00 a.m. Return on the same day between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. to pick up your pet. The mobile spay/neuter clinic will only accept dogs and cats older than 2 months and younger than 5 years, and heavier than 2 pounds. Only healthy animals will be spayed or neutered. Animals receiving spay/neuter surgery will also be vaccinated. Do not give your adult pet food or water after midnight before the surgery. Puppies and kittens must eat and drink between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. the morning of the surgery, but not after that time. Priority will be given to pet owners who have proof of public assistance, such as TANF, Medicaid, Medicare, disability, SSI, food stamps, or a rent receipt from public housing or Section 8 housing. Pets will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited. It is strongly suggested that you appear by 6:30 a.m. to secure your pet's place.
