For those who made a Big Brother or Big Sister kit....where did you get the bags and what did you put in them?
I am due in February and would love to make my 2 year old DS a Big Brother kit to give him in the hospital when he comes to see the baby! I looked online for bags but they are so expensive! Where did you get yours for reasonably cheap? And why types of items did you put in there? Thanks so much!!

No idea what's in them, but I know our library has kits for free.

oh i like this idea ..im going to google it ...
at a quick glance looks like anything can work for it... puzzles, small toys, books re being a big brother, stickers..

I made my older DS a big brother bag of sorts. I bought him a thomas backpack (he needed one anyway since he was starting preschool), and filled it with activities, games, snacks, juice boxes, a present from baby, etc. I did it to make him feel special and to keep him occupied while we were in the hospital. It went over well.
