for those who have North Shore OBGYN...
the practice by bay terrace (Greenberg/Melgat/Rothstein) as their dr....do you always feel like your're on hold with them at least 5 minutes before anyone even gets to your call....i have them as my OB...and it kinda frustrates me that they always put me on hold for the longest time....any opinions? i feel like switching drs. just bc of this....i dont know....does your office do this?

I wait on hold for a long time.
Doesn't really bother me too much... The office is a busy one, but I like that. They are obviously popular and well liked.

agreed.....and if it is an emergency u dont have to wait....but i do agree u do have to wait every time u call

I usually am on hold with them for awhile when I first call, but my doctor, Gilad Greenberg, always calls me back and takes his time. I really love them. I started out with Dr Rothstein, then when I was pregnant with my first I had Dr. Meir Greenberg and I absolutley loved him. He did my C-section as well. I started to see Gilad the end of my pregnacy and I really like him too.

i agree. i am usually on hold for awhile, but dr greenberg(gilad) is great, always get's back to me, and doesnt rush me off the phone.

my doc is dr. melgar....
i'm usually on hold for at least 5 minutes whenever i call b4 i even get to talk to anyone...just a bit frustrating...i wish they had email so i can just email them...i dont know yet....

I was scared of him at first but i grew to love him. But I heard he doesn't deliever anymore. I was sad to hear that. They really are a group of wonderful doctors.
