floating shelves
i can't believe how expensive these are! any place else i can look then amazon....they seem to have the best price right now.

i got some from home depot and i hate them - don't go too cheap because mine scratched easily and it looks god awful

Seriously, like someone else mentioned, don't go cheap. I bought the pottery barn floating shelves on ebay. I don't know how much less expensive they were, but they were brand new, no tax, and reasonable shipping. I've made the mistake of buying one at home depot and target and they're garbage.

I bought mine at Ikea...that was about 6 yrs ago. They are holding up great.

I got into a huge argument about Ikea with my parents over cabinets for the LAUNDRY ROOM. I spent $425 totally unnecessary for a laundry room (kitchen mid quality cabinets) i actually like the damn cabinets at Ikea. Seriously its amazing stuff and it does hold up!

I just got my cabinets for my laundry room at ikea, i didn't want to spend to much when no one sees them.

Even though they are $$$, I REALLY liked the ones I had from PB in my old apt. They were very high quality and super easy to install.
I am getting more for my bedroom in a couple weeks in a different style.

Ikea cabinets were rated better than kitchen maid in consumers report
we just put ikea cabinets in our laundry room -they are very nice just have to assemble yourself
