First birthday theme for girls
I'm sure this has been asked zillions of times before, but I couldn't find anything in the search.

My DD's first birthday was actually a Backyardigans theme. From the time she was 4 months old she was a HUGE Backyardigans fan. It came out SO cute!!

we did little mermaid "Under the sea theme" in backyard in the summer!
my cousin did cupcake theme which was also really cute

We did a garden theme b/c it was held at a park...it was cute....caterpillar cake, DIRT dessert with worms, etc.

I really didn't have a theme.
I did have balloons and plates that said something like "1st Birthday Princess" But I wouldn't say it was the theme.

We did a carnival theme! I hired an entertainment company and she came in with an unbelievable staff and set up like a real carnival. FM me for info if interested...
