Finally taking down christmas stuff today
I had to work yesterday and then went food shopping. By the time I got home I was too exhausted to do anything.
So today is my take down christmas stuff, spring cleaning and tons of laundry day

SOOOOOO much work. All I asked DH to do was take the lights off and of course he complained, apparently, I put the lights on wrong  Yeah, all of a sudden, my jewish husband is a christmas tree expert!

Oh yeah, I went to target and got red and green tubs for all the stuff, cause this year it has to go out in the shed since we don't have an attic

DH took all the lights down today I wish it was acceptable to keep them up all the time. I think it makes everything look so happy

We did ours last night. I was sad to walk into our living room this morning. It looked so naked!
I am, however, glad to have all the space in our LR back!

I am back to having a bare tree in our livingroom (and the ornaments on the floor) until tomorrow when my DH can bring the boxes up and help me bring the tree to the curb.

I said the same thing! We did ours today. DH did most - I put away the decorative Christmas stuff from the shelves and stuff. Then I was up in the attic while he handed me the boxes- It was hot up there !
I miss the holidays!
