Fertility Meditation-

Hello Ladies,

While the TTC journey can be an emotional and agonizing one (especially for those who have been on this path for quite awhile) we must remember to nurture our mind. I recently came across this mediation prayer that has been helping me relax during my 2WW. We will all reach the destination of motherhood. Trust.

Take the time to find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted and meditate on the following.

~ become aware of your breathing

~ rhythmically in and out .. in and out....in and out

~ feel a warm glow arising in your heart in anticipation

~ slowly keep breathing in .... and out ....

~ call upon spirit and your guides to bear witness and assist you at this time

~ feel the presence of spirit arriving to share your sacred space

~ feel that your are looked after ...

~ feel like you can let yourself be caught in the wide outstretched arms of an angel

~ feel yourself relax and let go

~ slowly become aware of any ideas that exist within you waiting to be born

~ shift your focus onto what it is that you wish to be born or put into existence at this time

~ feel a creative transformative energy arising from deep within your womb

~ feel its warmth washing over the lining of your womb


~ see yourself preparing a beautiful welcoming womb space for the new arrival


~ know that there is a miracle in the womb

~ when you feel that all that can be done is done start coming back into awareness of the space you are sitting /lying in

~ begin to wriggle your feet and hands and touch the floor to ground yourself into the here and now

~ smile ....a big knowing smile ....
