Fernando is starting today!!! DONE!!!!
I'm so flipping excited!! Jewelry doesn't excite me anymore...home improvements do!  We're doing a corner paver patio with brick firepit and walkway from the deck to the patio. Here are before pictures...I'll post the progress for you ladies interested in hiring Fernando! So far I have to say he's been so wonderful to work with! I got 4 estimates and his was the lowest of all of them.
They had to level the yard first:
Almost done!!! Now they're packing the pavers and doing the firepit
I LOVE IT!!! I can't get over what an amazing job Fernando did. my yard is completely uneven and he leveled out the area and made it look beautiful! Can't wait to buy furniture and plant some flowers around it!

I love how he photobombed the picture. That's my Morkie Snarf (from Thundercats...no one gets the name). We rescued him about 2 months ago from an animal shelter. We think he's about 1.5 years old.

i got 4 estimates and his was the best. His team was amazing and Fernando is so great to work with.
That's actually my firepit! he just made a circle out of pavers and inserted my firepit into it.

fernando did an awesome job! do you mind me asking ball park pricing for a job like that. 5k? 10k? im clueless on how much to budget for it and depending on range will depend on how soon we can have it done. 5k we can make calls next spring...10k we have to wait a bit longer

the patio itself was $5k. the fireplace was $400. but this included leveling the yard first.
