Re: Fences

WE just used Rose Fence, they did a great job. OUt of the 3 we recvd quotes from they were the most reasonable.

Our property is small 60 x100 and we paid 3800 including rip down of existing fence. We have the PVC fence.

Was this for 3 sides? We need to get a new fence, but our neighbors already have 1 side done, so we just need 2, just wondering how much this will run.
Thanks!

Re: Fences

Yes for three sides. The back of the yard and 2 sides. 2 sides were ours so they took that fence down. The other side belonged to my neighbor but its that old chain link so they just went right in front of it.

We used the one in Freeport

Oh we also got gates

Re: Fences

We used Rose too and were very happy. Their price was a good amount below the other quotes we got. We had a problem with the height (our town had an issue) and they came back and fixed it quickly, it was an all day job to fix it, I was impressed. I hear many people happy with them.

Re: Fences

We used Brothers Fence, they were very good and sooo nice. I don't remember what they charged - I could guess and say 2k? but it may have been less, like 1,600? Anyway, they put up a 5' wood stockade, the kind of wood that lasts longer (cedar? see, again, I am useless) but only along part of the length and the two sides. And they installed 2 gates - one for a car, one for people.

Re: Fences

Its so expensive.... I HATE THAT... We really need a new fence but the white on PVC is SOOOO Expencive - I got a quote last year for 5k - and my property is only 75 x 100 - anyway - Do you have pics of your fences and the # to Rose... Maybe I will just call and get an estimate...

ALso to save money dont know where your garage is, we didnt do new fences around the garage,we figured who the heck will see it. We left the old fence and did a gate so we can access.
